The service

FoodSafe Score API is an early-access product. Right now we run a waitlist; API keys are not yet issued. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access.

Data

Scores and inspection data are derived from public health department sources and are provided as is. Check the official source before you rely on a score for a decision. Scores are informational and are not health, legal, or safety advice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or API, attempt to disrupt it, or resell raw data without written permission. Final usage limits and pricing will be published before keys are issued.

No guarantees

We do not currently offer an uptime guarantee. The site and any API are provided without warranties to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product launches. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
